Animal therapy ranch hosts Veterans each month

Soul Harbor Ranch enriches lives by promoting the unconditional love and healing of the human-animal bond. The Barrington, Illinois-based program provides therapy dogs and cats as well as mini-horses and -donkeys, both on-site and across the Chicago area. On the last Sunday of each month, Soul Harbor invites Veterans and active military members and their families to spend from 10:30 a.m. to noon with each other as well as the program’s therapy animals and staff.
